Mom and Me Fitness with Z Total Body

We are excited to announce our partnership with Z Total Body fitness for Mom and Me workout sessions for Grades 5th - 7th in May. Join us on May 6, 13, and 20 for 45-minute workout sessions in the Ursuline dance room. Sessions will include hip-hip, Drumstick, pilates, and core workout!
